Brandon Dunning Studio
Fine Art Photography & Collage
Brandon Dunning is a photo-based and mixed media collage artist working in Stoughton, Massachusetts. Where he works as the fine art printer and cold press mounting technician at Adjective Art and Framing. In 2024 he acquired the accreditations for Adjective Art and Framing to become a Certified Canson Print Lab. His photo-based work examines themes of family lore, within his own family and the lores of popular culture. He also works with themes of consumerism and its effects on the northeastern American landscape. Reflecting on the emphasis of manufacturing and materialism and its dystopian remanences. His paper and mixed media collage works are made through the lens of surrealist visual storytelling. Exploring themes of consumerism and concepts of lost love. In addition to his themes, his collage work largely focuses on color theory. Through variation and showing its shifts in visual representation.
Dunning’s work is featured in publications such as the Edge of Humanity Magazine, C41 Magazine and New Landscape Photography. His juror selected shows include the Flash Forward Festival, Undergraduate Photography Now III, Love, Actually, Humble Arts Foundation Show and Second Annual Juried Members Exhibition, Rhode Island Center for Photographic Arts.
